Terms and Conditions – VortexVista Marketing

01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by VortexVista Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

02. Scope of Services

VortexVista provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, PPC, Social Media Optimization, and Web Development. Each project will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal which outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

03. Payment Terms

Invoicing: Clients are required to pay invoices within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month.
Refunds: Since our services involve manual labor and digital assets, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

04. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all creative work, designs, and code remain the property of VortexVista Marketing. Upon final payment, the ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the Client, excluding any third-party licenses or proprietary agency tools used during the process.

05. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary access (FTP, Analytics, Social Media logins) and timely feedback to ensure project success. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide information may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

06. Limitation of Liability

VortexVista Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

07. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work performed up to the termination date.
